Road Condition TV Display

WYDOT and the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services (DWS) have partnered to create a program to help organizations quickly and easily provide their employees and customers with road condition information through custom web pages displayed on Smart TVs. These low-cost, highly visible displays use off the shelf televisions to provide site specific road and travel information.

WYDOT creates specialized web pages for roads associated with each direction of travel emanating from a town/city. Organizations can go online to fill out a request form for their free, customized web page.

Organizations who participate must provide their own equipment. Those who need to acquire equipment may apply for grant funding via DWS's Safety Improvement Fund.
